Terms of Service
By using Flipuz you agree to play fair, trade in good faith, and follow these rules. We'll keep them human.
What Flipuz is
Flipuz is a peer-to-peer trade-up game. We don't sell items. We don't take a cut. We connect you with other traders who want to swap real items, in person or by ship.
Your account
You're responsible for what you post and what you trade. Keep your login safe. One person per account. We can suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Trades happen between you and another person
Flipuz doesn't escrow items, money, or shipping. Both parties confirm a trade in-app once it's done. Disputes are between traders — we provide tools to report and review, but we are not a party to the trade.
What's not allowed
No illegal items. No firearms, drugs, stolen goods, recalled products, live animals, or anything regulated. No harassment. No scams. No off-platform money requests.
Premium
Premium and Power tiers unlock visibility and convenience features. They never buy leaderboard rank — that stays based on verified trades.
Changes
We may update these terms as Flipuz evolves. We'll flag material changes in the app.
