Rules & Regulations

Flipuz is for swapping legal personal items in good faith. We keep it clean and safe. Break these rules and your listing comes down — repeat or serious violations get you banned and, where appropriate, reported to law enforcement.

Strictly prohibited items

Never list, trade, or solicit any of the following: people, children, labor, or anything related to human trafficking; animals, pets, livestock, or any living creature, including animal parts (ivory, fur, bone); illegal drugs, controlled substances, prescription medication, or drug paraphernalia; firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, weapons, knives intended as weapons, tasers, or body armor; stolen goods or items you don't legally own; counterfeit, replica, or IP-infringing goods; adult or sexual content, nudity, and absolutely anything sexualizing minors; hazardous materials, flammables, or hazmat; alcohol, tobacco, vapes, and cannabis (even where locally legal); government IDs, passports, financial instruments, or gift card fraud; hate symbols, extremist propaganda, or items glorifying violence; recalled, expired, or unsafe consumer products. This list is not exhaustive — if it's illegal, dangerous, or living, it doesn't belong on Flipuz.

How you treat other traders

No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination. No doxxing or sharing private information. No scams, bait-and-switch, or misleading photos. Describe items honestly — condition, defects, and authenticity. Ship what you list, when you said you would. Keep all payments and trade communication on Flipuz; off-platform money requests are not allowed and are a major red flag.

Listings and trades

Only list items you physically have and legally own. One item per listing unless explicitly bundled. No spam, duplicate posts, or keyword stuffing. Don't manipulate ranks, reviews, or the leaderboard. Confirm completed trades honestly in the app.

Enforcement

Our admin team reviews reports and flagged activity. Depending on severity we may remove a listing, issue a warning, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently ban a user. Illegal activity is referred to the appropriate authorities. Decisions are final, but you can appeal through the Contact page.

Reporting a violation

See something that breaks these rules? Report it from the listing or trade screen, through Settings → Trust & safety, or via the Contact page. Reports are confidential. Reporting in good faith never counts against you — abusing the report system does.

Changes

We will update these rules as the community grows. Material changes are announced in-app. Continued use of Flipuz means you accept the current rules.
